Rick Elis
Rick is extremely experienced in our industry having been an irrigation contractor in the past. He currently resides at 10140 Grand Forest Lane, Woodbury, MN 55129. He received his undergraduate degree in geology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas in 1986 and master’s degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville in 1990. He has 30 years as a Professional hydrogeologist/project manager with various mid to large engineering firms performing department of Defense work in Tennessee, Kansas, and Minnesota. Rick is responsible for the Dakotas, MN, and the MINK states.
